I decided to start a new blog. This is it. My mission statement for it goes a little something like this:
This blog will be an attempt to write focused, (reasonably) well researched and (reasonably) well edited articles of 400-500 words on specific issues within the realm of politics and current affairs. I will not post anything as flimsy/off-putting as what I have been doing on my personal blog. I will attempt to write two articles a week, until October at the very least.
Yay
Ohh, and the blog title is a (poor) play on my name, which, phonetically is said 'Yay-an' (for those who don't know).
My first article is on the recession. Enjoy.
